Function Rooms

Catering up to 140 banquet style and 300 for a cocktail event, Holiday Inn Parramatta’s seven different function rooms can be arranged in several different ways to cater for your event, whether it be a wedding, school formal, birthday party or any other reason to celebrate. All of our event spaces have floor to ceiling windows, letting in ample natural light, and are equipped with modern AV.

Anderson Ballroom

The Anderson Ballroom holds up to 140 banquet style, and 300 cocktail. Depending on which way you set up the space, you can choose from 4 different ceiling projectors and drop-down screens to play any videos or slideshows for your event. The Anderson Ballroom also has bi-fold doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool, which can be utilised for your function.

Anderson Suite

The Anderson Suite can be used as one room holding up to 100 banquet style, and 170 cocktail, with dual drop-down screens and ceiling projector. The space can also be separated into 2 smaller rooms, as well as an additional room for a breakout space if needed.

Macquarie Room

The Macquarie Room can hold up to 30 cocktail style. This more intimate space is equipped with a central drop-down screen and ceiling projector.

Parkes Room

The Parkes Room can hold up to 30 cocktail style. Another of our more intimate spaces, also equipped with a central drop-down screen and ceiling projector, this room has views overlooking the pool, as well as two separate entry doors.

Marsden Room

The Marsden Room can hold up to 49 banquet and cocktail style. With a central drop-down screen and ceiling projector, this room also has bi-fold doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool, which can be utilised for your function.

Jamieson Room

The Jamieson Boardroom can hold a dinner party for up to 12 people. Perfect for a sit down dinner and also equipped with a drop down screen and ceiling projector, this room is ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings.
